Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy is a safe strategy for locally advanced esophagus carcinoma in ed patients who have been treated with a multidisciplinary approach. Adenocarcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma represent two distinct diseases with different response rate and prognosis.
